Diemme offers express worldwide shipping on all orders, except for Hong Kong. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after credit card authorization. We use FedEx Express Worldwide for shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, though this may be longer for rural areas. The shipping cost is a flat rate of 20 EUR for all orders.

FedEx’s operating hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm on working days. We advise using an alternate delivery address, such as a workplace, for convenience. Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

For exchanges and returns, follow our straightforward online process. The first exchange per order is free, while a 25 EUR fee applies to returns. For defective or incorrect items, our claim process ensures a swift resolution. For store credit returns, enjoy an additional 15% value on your original purchase.
