Diemme offers express worldwide shipping (delivery to Hong Kong is currently unavailable) on all orders. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days, after credit card authorization is complete.
All orders are shipped with FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. FedEx operating hours are usually between 9:00am – 6:00pm on working days. Therefore we advise to use alternate delivery address, for example work address, when placing the order. Kindly note that FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & exchanges
Diemme offers 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receipt date to send the merchandise for return or exchange. All returns must be purchased from diemme.com.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, meaning that they have to be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered. Make sure all products are returned exactly as you received them, with original tags attached and their original, undamaged shoe box. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.
Exchange process
Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your return, please see the important information section above for a complete list of criteria.

3. Your return will be processed within 3 days from the delivery date at the warehouse. *Exchange cost: Free. We offer one free exchange per order, and shipping costs for a second exchange will not be covered.
Return process

Refund cost
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Diemme have a return cost of 25 EUR for all returns. The shipping fee (with the exception of orders which qualifies for free shipping) will not be refunded in any case.
Store credit process
Diemme offers store credit as an alternative to returns. This will give you a store credit of 15% more than your original purchase value (shipping not included), and can be used to buy any items in our webshop similar to a gift card.

Claim process
If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please follow the instructions below.

2. Don't forget to attach a photo of the defect (use the QR code to upload image) and choose the claim tab at the top. When the form has been submitted, we will come back to you in a separate email with further instructions.
3. Your claim will be processed within 14 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.
