Diemme is inspired by the heritage of hiking boots that have been made for centuries in our home region in Italy’s spectacular Dolomite mountains. We make all Diemme products under one roof at our family factory in Onè di Fonte, Veneto, a small town in north-eastern Italy. For centuries, this region has been regarded as the spiritual home of handmade outdoor footwear. Every Diemme pair is hand-crafted by expert workers producing limited production runs of high-quality artisan products. Diemme is sold by of some of the world’s most esteemed retailers.

Returns & Exchanges

Diemme offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all purchases made on Diemme.com.

Items must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, placed inside an additional outer carton to protect it during shipping.

Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

You can choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit when registering your return:

  • Exchange: One complimentary exchange is offered for a different size or another available full-price item. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend initiating your return as soon as possible.

  • Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. A return fee of €25 will be deducted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Store Credit: Receive +15% extra value (excluding shipping), valid for two years and usable like a digital gift card.

For a faster process, you can select an 'instant return' when submitting your return. This allows us to initiate your refund or exchange immediately. A temporary card hold will be placed for authentication and released automatically within seven days.

Returns are processed within 3 days after arrival at our warehouse.
