Returns & Exchanges

Diemme offers 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receipt date to send the merchandise for return or exchange. All returns must be purchased from Diemme.com.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, meaning that they have to be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered. Make sure all products are returned exactly as you received them, with original tags attached and their original, undamaged shoe box. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.


Exchange process

If you’ve changed your mind, we offer one complimentary exchange for a different size or any other available full price item on Diemme.com. Please note that we cannot reserve items for exchange. If your requested item is sold out by the time we receive your return, a refund will be issued accordingly. We recommend sending your exchange as soon as possible to increase the chance of securing your desired item.

Want your refund or exchange faster? Choose an instant return on the summary page before submitting your return, and we'll kick off your refund or place your exchange order as soon as your return is submitted.

If you select an instant return, we'll place a temporary hold on your card for the full value of your return for authentication purposes. This hold will fall off your account on its own in seven days. You'll have 14 days to ship your return to us. If the return has been shipped within that time frame, you're good to go! If you haven't shipped your return by then or have chosen to keep the return, we'll charge your card the full return amount.

Your return will be processed within 3 days from the delivery date at the warehouse. 



Return process

You can return your items bought at Diemme.com within 14 days. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Diemme has a return cost of 25 EUR for all returns. The shipping fee will not be refunded in any case.

Your return will be accepted within 3 days from the delivery date at the warehouse.

Store credit process

Diemme offers store credit. This will give you a Store Credit of 15% more than your original purchase value (shipping not included), and can be used to buy any items in our webshop. After registering your return, your Store Credit will be sent to your email address and is to be used similarly to a digital gift card. Your Store Credit will be valid for two years.

Claim process

If you have received an item with defects or if you have received the wrong item entirely (wrong size, color or product) from what you have ordered, please send us an email to web@diemme.com, and kindly include a description of the issue along with clear photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
