Diemme has teamed up with Orienteer Mapazine for an exclusive collaboration, resulting in the reincarnation of the iconic Movida, a shoe from Diemme's archives with homage to year 1992, the establishment of Diemme Footwear. In conjunction with the launch of the new issue of Orienteer, "Circadian Rhythm", Diemme and Orienteer Mapazine have joined forces in a tribute to the history of mountaineering and hiking in the Dolomites. The relaunch of the original Movida style from Diemme, the Movida ‘92, is a homage to the 1990s and the technical revolution in mountaineering in spe. During a visit to the Diemme factory, the collaborative project went from a long dwelled idea, to a concept with properties strongly aligned with the new magazine, and at the same time bringing a fresh injection into a classic style. Jack and Rory choose a black textile for the upper, the super protective Keprotec from Schoeller, that includes Kevlar fibers. A dual Diemme x Orienteer Mapazine side logo, in Diemme yellow, and Orienteer Mapazine purple, is accompanied by a deep purple Italian suede.
