Diemme is inspired by the heritage of hiking and work boots that have been made for centuries in our home region in Italy’s spectacular Dolomite mountains. Diemme designs evolve those traditions, using the finest materials and techniques to make premium boots and contemporary leisure footwear.

We make all Diemme products under one roof at our family factory in Onè di Fonte, Veneto, a small town in north-eastern Italy. For centuries, this region has been regarded as the spiritual home of handmade outdoor footwear. Every Diemme pair is hand-crafted by expert workers producing limited production runs of high-quality artisan products. Diemme is sold by some of the world’s most esteemed retailers.

  • The Licata is drawn from the turn of the millennium, when the fashion houses went after sportswear aesthetics and reinvented it. The Fallow colorway is screen-printed pale haircalf over a blue ground that reads as two colors at once and no two pairs are the same. A nappa leather rand wraps the shoe, finished with reflective piping, while elastic lacing with a cord stopper allows for easy entry and an adjustable fit. The Vibram outsole keeps the construction light and flexible, with stability for everyday movement. The Stella Alpina on the side is an Alpine flower that was on footwear from these mountains long before it was on ours. Handcrafted in Italy.
