Diemme is inspired by the heritage of hiking boots that have been made for centuries in our home region in Italy’s spectacular Dolomite mountains. Diemme designs evolve those traditions, using the finest materials and techniques to make hiking boots and sneakers that go the distance in mountain terrains or pounding city sidewalks.

We make all Diemme products under one roof at our family factory in Onè di Fonte, Veneto, a small town in north-eastern Italy. For centuries, this region has been regarded as the spiritual home of handmade outdoor footwear. Every Diemme pair is hand-crafted by expert workers producing limited production runs of high-quality artisan products. Diemme is sold by of some of the world’s most esteemed retailers.

Handcrafted in Montebelluna, the heart of Italy’s bootmaking region, the Roccia Vet is built to perform both on alpine trails and in urban environments.


    This special edition, made in collaboration with Hiking Patrol, features wool felt from Lanificio Bigagli in Prato, Italy. The felt is produced from mulesing-free wool sourced from responsibly bred sheep in New Zealand and Great Britain, ensuring both quality and ethical production. Composed of 90% wool combined with select synthetic fibers for enhanced durability, the material offers an exceptional balance of warmth, lightness, breathability, and insulation- making it a perfect choice for all-season wear.


    With its lightweight sole, padded lining, and ankle support, the Roccia Vet ensures lasting stability and comfort whether you’re traversing rocky landscapes or city streets. In case you’re wondering, Roccia means “rock” in Italian, a fitting name for a boot built to endure.
