Everyday cleaning

Make sure that the shoes are dry before you remove dust or dirt with a brush.

Tougher spots

Cleanse the leather by wiping the area with a cloth dipped in soap and water

Preventive care

Apply leather cream, wax or grease to restore the original appearance, this gives the shoe a shiny look and soft feel. A pair of leather shoes should also be impregnated.

Diemme offers express worldwide shipping on all orders, except for Hong Kong. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after credit card authorization. We use DHL Express Worldwide for shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, though this may be longer for rural areas. The shipping cost is a flat rate of 20 EUR for all orders.

DHL’s operating hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm on working days. We advise using an alternate delivery address, such as a workplace, for convenience. Please note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

For exchanges and returns, follow our straightforward online process. The first exchange per order is free, while a 25 EUR fee applies to returns.
