Diemme is inspired by the heritage of hiking boots that have been made for centuries in our home region in Italy’s spectacular Dolomite mountains. Diemme designs evolve those traditions, using the finest materials and techniques to make hiking boots and sneakers that go the distance in mountain terrains or pounding city sidewalks.

We make all Diemme products under one roof at our family factory in Onè di Fonte, Veneto, a small town in north-eastern Italy. For centuries, this region has been regarded as the spiritual home of handmade outdoor footwear. Every Diemme pair is hand-crafted by expert workers producing limited production runs of high-quality artisan products. Diemme is sold by of some of the world’s most esteemed retailers.

  • The Movida Calcio sneaker is a joint effort between Diemme and Hiking Patrol, as part of Hiking Patrol's new clothing line. Building on our 2022 Roccia Vet collaboration, we’ve merged Diemme’s expertise in crafting high-quality Italian footwear with Hiking Patrol’s “quiet outdoors” design ethos. Movida Calcio combines the durability and aesthetics of Diemme with the forward-thinking design of Hiking Patrol. It is a hybrid of an approach shoe and a city sneaker, featuring a Vibram sole for comfort and solid hiking features, along with an oversized soccer-inspired foldover tongue that adds flair.

    Available in two colorways: deep purple smooth calf leather and aubergine patent leather, each enhanced with tonal detailing, contrasting red stitching, custom-colored laces, and soles with Vibram's N-Oil compound. For added durability, the toe cap is reinforced with rubber.

All Diemme shoes are made in Italy at the Calzaturificio Diemme factory in Onè di Fonte, Veneto. The ambition is to produce the highest quality artisan goods with an exceptional level of comfort, with progressive designs as well as sharply executed takes on classic styles.
