Diemme uses the standard EU shoe size system, but some sizes will vary due to insoles, padding and other factors. This size chart is a general guide and does not necessarily provide your correct Diemme shoe size. Please use the Fit Predictor service to identify your recommended shoe size for each specific Diemme style.

Please note that our men's and women's sizes are within the same size system. We encourage you to check both gender categories if your size is sold out.

Everyday cleaning

Wipe the shoe with a damp cloth to remove the dirt.

Tougher spots

We recommend spot clean with hot water, or with the use of a stain remover.

Use a soft brush for tougher spots if necessary.

Preventive care

Keep in mind that any knitted fabric can wear over time with heavily use of brush. The 3D knit it’s made of polyester, so dirt and water will not absorb into the fabric easily therefore, the fabric is extremely easy to clean.

Diemme offers express worldwide shipping on all orders, except for Hong Kong. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after credit card authorization. We use DHL Express Worldwide for shipping, which requires a signature upon delivery. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, though this may be longer for rural areas. The shipping cost is a flat rate of 20 EUR for all orders.

DHL’s operating hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm on working days. We advise using an alternate delivery address, such as a workplace, for convenience. Please note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Diemme offers a 14-day return and exchange policy for items purchased from diemme.com, with conditions for items to be in perfect, original condition. For exchanges and returns, follow our straightforward online process. The first exchange per order is free, while a 25 EUR fee applies to returns. For defective or incorrect items, our claim process ensures a swift resolution. For store credit returns, enjoy an additional 15% value on your original purchase.
