Diemme uses the standard EU shoe size system, but some sizes will vary due to insoles, padding and other factors. This size chart is a general guide and does not necessarily provide your correct Diemme shoe size. Please use the Fit Predictor service to identify your recommended shoe size for each specific Diemme style.

Please note that our men's and women's sizes are within the same size system. We encourage you to check both gender categories if your size is sold out.

Product care guide - Suede Leather

 

Everyday cleaning

Use a dry brush to remove any loose dirt or use an eraser to remove any blemishes

Tougher spots

Use minimal liquid when cleaning suede. Use a foam or a soft brush. Apply soap directly onto the brush/foam and target the specific areas. Use a cloth to dry and intermittently use a suede brush to help lift the nap back.

Preventive care

When the suede is dry, spay an even layer of impregnating/water-proofing spray on the shoe.

Diemme offers free express worldwide shipping on all orders over €150. Additional charge of €15 will apply for orders below €150. Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days, after credit card authorisation is complete and is usually delivered in 2-5 business days.

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL operating hours are usually between 9am – 6pm on working days. Therefor we advise to use alternate delivery address, for example work address, when placing the order. Kindly note that DHL cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Diemme offers 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receipt date to send the merchandise for return or exchange. All returns must be purchased from diemme.com.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, meaning that they have to be unworn, unwashed, unused and unaltered. Make sure all products are returned exactly as you received them, with original tags attached and their original, undamaged shoe box. Please make sure to return the shoes and shoe box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. Return package can be send to:
